Viola Poni Charles is a South Sudanese financial specialist with over eight years of experience in accounting and finance management across both profit and non-profit organisations in Uganda and South Sudan. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from St. Lawrence University in Kampala and currently serves as Accountant at Kajo-Keji Health Institute. Her career spans the full breadth of financial management, from internal controls and budget oversight to compliance and audit, giving YSAT's Board the rigorous financial stewardship that donor accountability and organisational integrity demand.
