Loki David is the Head of Programs for Youth Social Advocacy Team (YSAT) South Sudan. He is a professional programme specialist working with youth in peacebuilding and entrepreneurship capacity building to promote peaceful communities by tackling the barriers to education, hunger, and the root causes of conflict, in pursuit of self-sustained and violence-free communities.

Loki is a dedicated and passionate programme specialist with strong experience in project management, project proposal writing, project monitoring, managing project budgets, monitoring performance, and reporting accurately to donors. He currently serves as Head of Programs at YSAT where he plays a key role in leading project implementation on the ground, and setting up and managing field teams.
In this role, Loki supervises all project staff in field locations and the Juba office, ensuring that staff perform their duties towards the achievement of project objectives and outputs. He ensures that budgets and project finances are used appropriately as the authorising focal person, and manages communications with all stakeholders and donors.
Loki holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cavendish University and has developed strong expertise in project planning and design, project implementation plans, and proactively monitoring progress, resolving emerging issues, and initiating corrective actions.
