She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Nkumba University and has built a career defined by operational excellence, integrity, and a clear understanding of the people systems that enable mission-driven organisations to function.

Her career has taken her from HR and Admin Assistant at AHHI, through an HR Officer role at YSAT, to her current position as HR Manager. A significant chapter of her professional development came during her deployment with UNOPs, where she supported implementation of the South Sudan Safety Net Project in Juba and later in Yei, demonstrating the capacity to deliver results in complex, high-pressure environments.
At YSAT, Ladawa is responsible for recruitment, payroll management, performance management, policy implementation, and labour compliance across YSAT's operations in Uganda and South Sudan. She is recognised for bridging HR compliance with practical organisational need, ensuring staffing models are efficient, legally compliant, and aligned with YSAT's mission and values.
