Fiona Akwero is a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) professional with over six years of experience across humanitarian and development programming. She holds a Master's degree in Public Health and a Bachelor's degree in Demography, a combination that gives her both the population-level analytical lens and the public health grounding to design evidence systems that go beyond counting outputs and into understanding real change.
